Cancellation Policy

Applicable for companies of more than 8 people

We are very much looking forward to hosting your event.
We fully understand that events sometimes have to be cancelled, postponed or reduced in size. We are always open to dialogue, but in some cases, we are forced to charge a deposit of DKK 250 per person.
We hope for your understanding and look forward to seeing you.

Changes in number of guests:

• Less than 48 hours before your event: A 10% change in numbers is accepted – beyond this, the agreed price per cover is charged.
• From 7 days to 48 hours before: Numbers can be adjusted by a maximum of 20% - beyond this, the agreed price per cover is charged.
• 7 days before the event: The deposit is locked and retained by us.
• From 14 days up to 8 days before: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• More than 30 days before: Full deposit is refunded.

In case of a no show, the deposit is lost, and we reserve the right to send an invoice of DKK 500 per cover, minus the lost deposit.

All changes/cancellations are only valid upon written request to sanktpeder72@gmail.com.
